• Passenger should reach 45 minutes early at Jetty No.2, Gateway of India, Swami Vivekanand Statue. • Passengers are strictly instructed that there will be no changes in booking date & timings for Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

Instruction to passengers

  1. Passengers are strictly informed that there will be no changes in timing and booking date for Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  2. No Refund in case the passanger chooses to cancel the booking
  3. Only if trips get cancelled from our side refund will be allowed
  4. On line Booking for next day to stop in evening @ 1800 hours
  5. Passenger to report at departure gate i.e Jetty No. 2. at Gateway of India (Nr. Swami Vivekanand Statue) atleast 45 minutes before departure.
  6. On Saturday’s, the 08.30 hrs, trip from Gateway, will leave at 08.15 hrs. All our Passengers are humbly requested to Board the Boat before 08.15.
  7. Pets only with muzzle & leash are permitted on full ticket on Main Deck only & NOT ALLOWED ON BUS.
