Terms, Conditions & Passenger Guidelines
Please review these policies before booking your ticket or boarding the vessel. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Instructions for Passengers
Guidelines for booking, reporting time, boarding, pets, and complementary services.

Cancellation & Refunds Tickets are non-refundable if the passenger cancels the booking.

Trip Cancellation by Maldar A refund will be provided only if the trip is cancelled by Maldar Catamarans.

Online Booking Cut-Off Online bookings for the next day close at 6:00 PM (1800 hours).

Reporting Time Passengers must report at Jetty No. 2, Gateway of India (near the Swami Vivekanand Statue), at least 45 minutes before departure.

Weekend & Holiday Departure On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the 8:30 AM trip will depart at 8:15 AM. Passengers must complete boarding before 8:15 AM.

Pets Pets are permitted only on the Main Deck, with a full-price ticket, and must be kept on a leash and wearing a muzzle. Pets are not permitted on the bus.

Complementary Services The ferry journey is up to Mandwa; thereafter a complementary bus ride is provided till Alibaug by Maldar Catamarans.

Operator Cancellation
If a trip is cancelled due to technical reasons or other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided to affected passengers.
Alcohol Prohibited
Carrying and consumption of alcohol is strictly not allowed on our vessel. Passengers are requested to comply with onboard safety rules.
Important
Weekend and holiday schedules may differ from regular timings. Please arrive early, carry a valid ID, and keep your booking confirmation ready at the jetty.
